Procedures:

• Registration - Class registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and should be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of the class date. We will need a check or purchase order from your company to register you for class. We cannot hold your reservations without a written purchase order or check for the full amount of the class fee.
  
  
• Class Fee: $199 per person for the three-day training session.
  "We no longer offer a two day training session".
  Fee covers training materials, lunches each day, and dinner (the first evening of the school) with the WattMaster staff.
  
  
• LODGING - We recommend the following hotel as it is close to the KCI airport and near the WattMaster office. It also has a full restaurant - Tanner's, open from 6 a.m. - midnight.

  • Please note: If you stay at the Sheraton, WattMaster will provide transportation to and from the school each day; however, you must tell us your hotel plans in advance so that we can pick you up each day.

• SCHEDULE - Please plan to arrive the day before class begins and to depart after 4:00 PM on the day school is scheduled to end.
• NOTE: Schools may be canceled or rescheduled on short notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase non-penalty airline tickets.

Transportation - Airport to Hotel:

Upon arrival at Kansas City International Airport, go the courtesy phone and call the hotel at which you are staying. If you are staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, call 816-464-2345. Most airport hotels have a shuttle that will transport you from the airport to the hotel. The Sheraton is within fifteen minutes of the airport.

Schedules:

If you stay at the Sheraton, one of WattMaster's staff will meet you each morning at 8:00 AM to transport you to the WattMaster office. Please be in the lobby, ready to go, at that time. Dress for all functions is casual.

Classes run from approximately 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Class will finish at or about 3:00 PM on the final day of class, depending on the return flight time of the attendees.
